Frequently asked questions
Will they fit my doors?
Almost certainly: we have a matching lock for 95% of the mortise locks sold in Romania. Send us a photo of your door's lock and we'll tell you exactly which model fits.
Do I need internet?
Not to open the door: the lock works with a card, code or fingerprint without internet. Internet, through the lock's WiFi or a gateway, is only needed to manage everything remotely.
What happens if the battery runs out?
You see the battery level in the app and the lock warns you in good time. For emergencies, the door locks also take a mechanical key.
What does the front-desk program cost?
Nothing. The TTHotel program, which you use to encode cards and manage rooms and bookings, is free. All you need is the card encoder.
Can we have cards with our logo?
Yes. Access cards can be personalised with your property's logo, so every card carries your name.
Do you install the locks?
Yes: installation is done by us or a partner installer near you. We configure the locks and the program and show your team how to use them.
